Usage Reports

Two types of Usage Reports are available in myitlab: Course Section Usage and Student Enrollment. These report are only available to Program Administrators; they are not available to instructors.

Course Section Usage

The Course Section Usage report provides information on one or more course sections, showing the number of students enrolled, average number of logins per student, total student logins, number of assessments and study plans active in the course, and the number of submissions by students. This report is only available to Program Administrators; it is not available to instructors.

Student Enrollment

The Student Enrollment report provides information on one or more students, showing their enrolled courses, status, enrollment date, total logins, and overall time spent in each course. This report is only available to Program Administrators; it is not available to instructors.
